That’s what we all want when we start the day

By Mr. Sreeraman Nandhi

There are various means to talk with your mind. One of the best way is to write down in a paper, this helps the mind to echo. Before going to sleep one must prepare his or her mind for two important things, one is to assimilate the day’s events so that he or she gets good sleep. Next is to prepare the mind to work for the next day.

How can it be achieved?

It’s very simple, all that is needed is to write down the day’s event honestly as an essay for at least one page. Then spending few minutes on what is written to ensure that everything is captured. This process will help to close the day and also shutting down our brain after the day’s work. It’s like shutting down the PC at the end of the day. Once this is done, three learning’s for the day and five things which need to be done for the next day as top priority during the first half, should be written in separate page. This whole process should be completed in less than 15 to 20 minutes.

After completing the above process and if one goes to sleep two things will happen, if the individual was not honest in the writing process the mind will not allow to sleep because of the guilt, On the other hand if the individual was honest in the writing process the mind will start loving his / her attitude towards life and positive emotions are cultivated towards success in life.

If next day’s top priorities are also written down, the mind will start speaking to you during sleep and the conversation gets registered in the subconscious mind and prepares you for next day. It’s often said once planning and priorities are set half the work is done. Now, you can give 100 percent to execute the remaining 50% of the work to be done and the results will be amazing.

End of the day less than 15 minutes spent with pen and paper will make a huge difference to face the next day with optimism and determination. That’s what we all want, to start the day.
